Any images that do not transfer from your Ancestry Tree to your MyCanvas project will need to be added manually. You can add, replace, and delete photos when working on your project. You may upload photos from the 'Photos' tab or search Ancestry photos from the 'Ancestry' tab.

When uploading photos, we accept JPG files only. You can upload photos directly from your device, Instagram, Facebook, or Dropbox. We recommend file sizes between 2-5 MB and a resolution of 150+ PPI for the best results.

Ancestry records and photos are not automatically added. They are now available in the editor and can be combined on a page.

  2. Click the 'Ancestry' tab.
