On a Mac computer, hit the Command, Shift, and 3 keys together to take a screenshot of the entire screen. On Windows, hit the PrtScn button/ or Print Scrn button, to take a screenshot of the entire screen.

To send us the screenshot, click the paperclip icon in the lower-right corner of the chat box on our website. Then, a list of your computer files should pop up. Locate and select the screenshot from your files to upload it to the chat box.
