Thank you for taking the time to share your Ancestry Tree. You can send us the link to your Ancestry Tree by opening your tree on Ancestry.com and clicking the Invite button in the top right navigation bar. Or, you can click the vertical dots icon on the left toolbar, then select Invite.
Clicking Invite will open the Invite link option, where you'll select 'Guest' for the role.
After selecting Guest, please remember to allow viewing of living people by clicking the toggle button below "See living people" so it's highlighted in blue.
Now that you've selected Guest and allowed the viewing of living people, click the blue "Copy link" button. Clicking the Copy link button will automatically save the invite link that you'll be sharing with our support team.
After clicking "Copy link," navigate to the email where you want to paste and share the copied link.
Note: To paste the copied link using the right-click menu, right-click in the location where you want to paste the text, and select "Paste" from the menu that appears. If the paste option is not available, you can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V (or Command+V on a Mac) to paste the text.
