Log in to MyClass

MyClass members log in with their organization email address and password

If you have not yet created a MyClass account, sign up using your organization email address or contact your administrator to request an invitation.

The login process differs slightly depending on whether you are accessing MyClass via a desktop browser or a mobile device. Follow the steps below to sign in and sign out of your MyClass account.

Logging In

On Mobile

  1. Open the MyClass app on your mobile device.

  2. Tap "Already have an account? Log in" at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Enter your MyClass email and password.

  4. Tap Log In to proceed.

On Desktop

  1. Open your web browser and go to the MyClass login page.

  2. Enter your MyClass email and password.

  3. Click Log In to access your account.


Logging Out

On Mobile

  1. Open the MyClass app on your device.

  2. Tap My Profile at the bottom-right corner.

  3. Tap the Settings icon at the top-right corner.

  4. Select Sign Out.

  5. Confirm by tapping Sign Out again.

On Desktop

  1. Click the dropdown arrow next to your name in the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Select Logout to sign out securely.


Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you’re having trouble logging into MyClass, try these solutions:

Forgot Your Password?

  1. Click Forgot Password? on the login page.

  2. Enter your registered email address.

  3. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

Not Receiving Login Emails?

  • Verify that you are using the correct email associated with your MyClass account.

  • Check your spam/junk folder for emails from support@twiininc.com.

  • Contact your IT team to ensure MyClass emails are not being blocked.
