Your profile in MyClass helps personalize your experience and ensures accurate communication within your team. Follow these steps to set up and manage your profile effectively.
Accessing Your Profile
On Desktop
Log in to MyClass via your web browser.
Click on your name in the top-right corner to open the dropdown menu.
Select "Profile" to access your account settings.
On Mobile
Open the MyClass app.
Tap on "My Profile" at the bottom right of the home screen.
Here, you can view and edit your account details.
Updating Your Profile Information
Once inside your profile settings, you can update the following details:
Display Name- The name visible to other team members.
Title- Your role within the organization.
Email- Your registered MyClass email address (this cannot be changed manually).
Profile Picture- Upload a photo to personalize your account.
Password- Change your password for security purposes.
To Edit Your Profile Details:
Click or tap the Edit Profile button (Pencil icon)
Update the necessary fields.
Select Save to confirm updates.
Troubleshooting Profile Issues
I can’t update my email address.
Email addresses cannot be changed manually for security reasons. Contact your administrator for assistance.
I’m not receiving push notifications.
Ensure your notifications are enabled in your device settings.
Check your email spam folder and mark emails from support@twiininc.com as safe.
I forgot my password.
Reset your password by selecting "Forgot Password" on the login screen.
