How to Upload Supporting Media
On Mobile

Open the MyClass app and go to an assessment in progress.
Navigate to a question within an assigned area.
Tap the Note icon to add a text note
Or tap the Image icon to add one or more photos:
Take a Photo (using your device camera).
Upload from Gallery (select an existing image).
On Desktop

Log in to MyClass and open an assessment.
Navigate to the Assigned Areas section and select a question.
Tap the Note icon to add a text note
Or tap the Image icon to add one or more photos:
Upload an Image (JPG, PNG)
Take a Photo (if using a device with a camera)
Click Save to attach the media to your response.
Troubleshooting Media Upload Issues
I can’t upload a file.
Check if the file size is within the MyClass upload limit.
Ensure your internet connection is stable.
My uploaded image is not displaying.
Refresh the page or restart the app.
Verify that the file format is supported (JPG, PNG, PDF).
I need to replace an uploaded file.
Navigate to the question, delete the existing file, and upload a new one.
