Uploading supporting media enhances assessment accuracy

Why Add Supporting Media or Notes?

  • Provide Visual Evidence- Attach images to document findings.

  • Add Context- Include notes or explanations for specific answers.


How to Upload Supporting Media

On Mobile

  1. Open the MyClass app and go to an assessment in progress.

  2. Navigate to a question within an assigned area.

  3. Tap the Note icon to add a text note

  4. Or tap the Image icon to add one or more photos:

    • Take a Photo (using your device camera).

    • Upload from Gallery (select an existing image).

On Desktop

  1. Log in to MyClass and open an assessment.

  2. Navigate to the Assigned Areas section and select a question.

  3. Tap the Note icon to add a text note

  4. Or tap the Image icon to add one or more photos:

    • Upload an Image (JPG, PNG)

    • Take a Photo (if using a device with a camera)

  5. Click Save to attach the media to your response.


Troubleshooting Media Upload Issues

I can’t upload a file.

  • Check if the file size is within the MyClass upload limit.

  • Ensure your internet connection is stable.

My uploaded image is not displaying.

  • Refresh the page or restart the app.

  • Verify that the file format is supported (JPG, PNG, PDF).

I need to replace an uploaded file.

  • Navigate to the question, delete the existing file, and upload a new one.
