Kickflip's 'canvas size' determines the size of your product preview. When uploading your first image, your canvas will be automatically resized to the size of that image.
Editing the canvas size
To resize your canvas:
Log in to Kickflip, go to the My products page, and open your product.
Click on the Settings icon on the top left of the screen.
Under Canvas size, enter your canvas size.

Ensuring your image sizes match the canvas size
IMPORTANT
The size of all your product images must match the size of your canvas.
If you upload images that have a different size than your canvas, or if you modify your canvas size and your images no longer match it, you must re-upload the images to match your canvas size.
Images that do not match the canvas size will be marked with a red pulsating dot to remind you to update them.
Centering your product in the image and canvas
Make sure your product is centered within your image to ensure it appears perfectly aligned in your customizer.
Ensuring minimal margins around your product
If there is too much margin around your product compared to the overall image size, your product will appear smaller in the customizer, impacting its visibility and presentation.
Recommended canvas size
A maximum size of 1200 x 1200 pixels is recommended to optimize performance.
