If you are using the Barebones theme and you have created a rule making all the answers of a question unavailable, you will get an empty question with the message: 'There is no option available with your current design'.
If you prefer, you can hide the question entirely instead of displaying this message:
Open your question.
Within the right side panel, click on the Settings icon.
Enable the Hide when no answers are available setting.
