Some workflows are complex and require new software development or customisation that is not available through the interface. Examples include:

  1. Linear client onboarding processes that need to fork out multiple workflows (for example for company directors of a supplier or family members of the main account holder)

  2. Some workflows need back office processing and need to be handed over from department to department requiring clever status changes and communication

  3. Some processes require bespoke third party integrations that may not be yet accessible
