How to setup your account

You can starting using MyDocSafe straight away without much setup. However, to configure the platform to your own liking, add integrations and add-ons, please refer to the detailed instructions below.

COMPANY SETTINGS

1. Start with company settings - add your logo, your preferred colour schema and company information. The logo and colours will be used in emails and portals.

2. If you would like to add your colleagues, go to Company Roles and create an Admin role

then in Company Users, invite your team members.

Now, back in settings, you can control the way MyDocSafe will interact with your clients, from email templates, e-sign settings, to payment systems you would like to integrate MyDocSafe with?

Email templates:

Here you can adjust the wording and subject lines used in emails that we send on your behalf. Note that emails that we send come from mydocsafehq.com domain. To use your own domain you will need to be on the Enterprise plan and edit settings in your domain DNS.

Charging your clients

Here you can add your Stripe and GoCardless accounts. Once added, you will be able to ask your clients for payments as part of workflows or proposals.

E-signature

Here you can define global digital signature settings that will apply to all transactions, especially those triggered via third party platforms. You can always overwrite or review those settings each time you send a document for signing by going to "show advanced options".

Integrations

Here you can review settings related to third party software integrations. We recommend that you configure your portals and/ or proposals first.

CLIENT PORTALS

1. To create your first client portal, go to Portals and click on the "+" button to create a Portal Group (for example "Clients")

then 'Add new' to invite a client to your portal.

MOBILE APP

Install our mobile apps are from the Apple store or Google Play.

OFFICE365 PLUGIN

Download and install our Office365 plugin from our main website.
