You can starting using MyDocSafe straight away without much setup. However, to configure the platform to your own liking, add integrations and add-ons, please refer to the detailed instructions below.
COMPANY SETTINGS
1. Start with company settings - add your logo, your company information and your home page. The logo and home page address will appear on the client portal login page.
2. If you would like to add your colleagues as administrators, go to Company Users and invite them via the 'plus' button.
If you would like to create non-administrative roles, click on the 'edit roles' button in the top right or go to 'Company Roles' section on the left. There you'll be able to remove or add permissions as you see fit. The options include restricting access to portals, to documents, signing capabilities and much more.
Now, back in settings, you can control the way MyDocSafe will interact with your clients, from email templates, e-sign settings, to payment systems you would like to integrate MyDocSafe with?
Message templates
Here you can adjust the wording of standard messages you and your colleagues will send out to your clients.
Integrations
Here you can add your Stripe and GoCardless accounts. Once added, you will be able to ask your clients for payments as part of workflows or proposals. You can review settings related to third party software integrations.
E-signature
Here you can define global digital signature settings that will apply to all transactions, especially those triggered via third party platforms. You can always overwrite or review those settings each time you send a document for signing by going to "show advanced options".
CLIENT PORTALS
1. To create your first client portal, go to Portals and click on the "+" button to create a Portal Group (for example "Clients")
then 'Add new' to invite a client to your portal.

Other important notes:
Multiple accounts
You can access multiple accounts from a single login. Each account can be configured separately, including white-labelled portal login pages. Each account will require a separate subscription.

Here you can set your menu of prices which can be used in selling workflows.
