Compliance regulations may require you to keep up-to-date information about your clients such as proofs of address or proofs of identity. You can automate that task through our ‘request information’ feature. Here are 3 simple steps:
Define your form templates in a relevant Portal Group
2. To send an information request, click on the ‘…’ icon associated with your chosen portal group and select ‘Request Information’.
3. Then, select the form you want your clients to fill, add a message explaining why you need that information and click ‘send’. We will then start the process of sending information requests to all portal users.
Notifications
You have several options at your disposal to turn on relevant notifications:
1. Add your email address to the ‘notification settings’ in form definition
2. Enable “portal forms” notifications which can be served in your browser (turn them on in personal settings -> notifications)
3. Enable "portal forms" notifications or on your mobile phone (login to MyDocSafe mobile app -> go to notifications -> turn on ‘Portals:form’ ).
Note that in-app notifications contain live links to appropriate portals to make it easy for you to jump straight into them.
