Subportals
Updated over a week ago

Subportals are ideal if you need to create a hierarchy of portals with the top portal being accessible by, say, company directors, and subportals being accessible by specific employees, suppliers, investors etc.

Configuration.

1. First, create a Portal Group by going to Portals -> Portal Group List -> Enter Portal Group -> Create

If you already have Portal Groups, click on the Subportal group icon

2. Next, click on the Subportals icon to create Subportal Group lists. For example "Employees", "Suppliers", "Donors"

You can now create a dummy portal in the Clients - Charities portal group to see how the structure looks like:

To create individual SubPortals, click on any of the Subportal Group names. For example, to create an individual Employee Subportal, click on Employees, and add a portal:

You can invite one or more people to each Subportal. Users with access to the top Portal will have access to all Subportals. Users with access to Subportals will only have access to their Subportal.
