Resending portal invitations
Resending portal invitations

If you need to resend a portal invitation to your client:

1. Go to the portal group and find the portal on the list

2. Go to 'manage access' icon next to the portal name

3. Remove the client from the list and re-add them. We will then send a new invitation.

Please note that client who have not activated their portals will appear as "Pending" on the portal user list. Once they accept the invitation the word "pending" will disappear.

Most common reasons for not accepting the invitation are:

- bounced email (we do not report that, so please make sure you use valid email addresses)

- email sent to spam folder (please instruct your client to white list mydocsafe)
