Employee portals
Updated over 2 years ago

The process involved in 'onboarding an employee' is complex and time consuming. It involves steps such as:

  • filling out multiple forms (many of which contain the same information that usually needs to be manually re-typed),

  • creating bespoke contracts with employee's details, salary, job description etc,

  • signing and countersigning documents

  • running ID and document checks (possibly right-to-work checks).

  • sharing company policies and other internal documents

With our help, you can now design your own hiring process and embed it in employee portals. The end product is a portal that is completely bespoke to your business that you can share with your candidates and hiring managers who can then work together on completing the formalities.

Here is a simple example of how it may look:

How would you go about creating a similar portal?

The first thing to note is that you will need our help in getting started. Please send us the following information to get a quote:

1. Draw out your existing end-to-end hiring process and determine which bits you would like to digitise and automate

2. Collect the forms and document templates you currently use.

3. Send the above to us - we will then provide you with a quote that will include the following services:

A. Creating a digital representation of your existing process

B. Training your team in how to operate it, how to change the underlying forms or templates, if required.

Once the setup process is finished, the running costs include:

1. ID, document and right-to-work checks (charges per test)

2. Number of employee portals (small monthly or annual amount)

3. Any automated payslip distribution services (charged per payslip), if available. Manual document uploads are free of charge.

What are the benefits of using our Employee portals?

1. Colour-coded and transparent end-to-end hiring process that saves your hiring managers and new hires time and improves efficiency.

2. Central place for employment related documents that can be accessed by employees from anywhere.

3. Low running cost.
