When someone submits a form, their responses are saved as records.
To view form records:
Open the relevant form definition.
Go to the Records tab.
From this screen, you can view all submitted records for that form:
Exporting records to CSV
To export form data, click Export CSV.
This will automatically download a file in Comma Separated Values format containing the data from your form records. You can open this file in spreadsheet tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers.
Downloading uploaded documents
If your form includes file upload fields, uploaded documents are saved against the relevant record.
To download documents attached to a record, click the paperclip icon.
If the form requested multiple documents, you can download them together as a single ZIP file.
