Sending multiple documents for "quick approval" / "fast e-signature"

If you send many documents for approval to a client, you may find the process of individually setting up each e-signature transaction rather repetitive. There is a way to speed it up dramatically. The price you pay is small: after the e-signature is captured it is attached to the signature certificate pages that is appended to the original document.

Here are the steps:

  1. Upload the documents you would like to send for signing to the client portal.

  2. Multi-select them and click 'send for e-signature'

3. Add your signatory, select the welcome and thank you messages from your templates, if you have them. Then click "Add Signee". Note that this feature works with 1 signatory only.

4. Select the option "send for quick approval (the signatures will be shown on the signature certificate" and click Send

That's it!

The system will create a workflow, attach all documents to it and send a single email to your client asking them to review and approve all documents one after the other.

When the process completes, your client will receive emails with download links to signed versions.
