Your client users are those who will receive documents for signing, get access to client portals and will receive your Proposals.
Client portal permissions
By default, your clients will have 'full portal access' which means that they will be able
to upload documents,
download and view documents
delete documents
sign documents that have been sent by you
invite other users to the portal
fill out webforms (if they exist in the portal) and
chat with you (if chat has been enabled)
You can restrict those access rights by changing them in the "manage portal users" panel
Availability: Enterprise plans
As an enterprise client you can design your own client permission sets. These are useful if you use portals to automate complex client onboarding or registration journeys and want to limit access to specific steps in the workflows or features.
