Secure document distribution is a built-in feature which allows you to automate the process of posting individual documents to individual portals or subportals. This feature will save you a lot of time when distributing payslips, commission letters or uqique reports which you do not want to send through unencrypted email (for regulatory or privacy related reasons).

Before you start, make sure that:
1. Each portal has a unique label.
2. Each document which needs to be distributed has the same label in the file name which is enclosed between parentheses or brackets.
Here is an example:
Run Document Distribution Feature
You are now ready to start document distribution. Go to "Secure Document Distribution" option
Drag/drop or upload your payslip documents, make sure you specify the type of brackets enclosing unique employee IDs and click the "Run secure document distribution" button:
If all files are successfully distributed, the folder will become empty again. If some files failed to be distributed, they will remain in the folder with an error message attached.
