How to check signature's status
Updated over a week ago

Once you send a document for signing, it is easy to forget important details such as

  • what was actually said when the document was sent out?

  • what email addresses did you use for all signees?

  • have the reminders been set?

  • what is the current status of the signature?

You can answer all these questions by going to the signature's status dashboard, which you can access from the Top Navigation bar. Once there, you can use a number of filters to find the document of interest:

on the left hand side you can access document

  • that were sent to you to sign

  • that you have already signed

  • that you sent out

  • that were sent out by your colleagues

on the main page you can filter by status

  • signed (completed by all signees)

  • unsigned (by at least one signee)

  • cancelled (by you)

  • archived (by you)

  • rejected (by one of the signees)

  • expired (by default document expire if they were not signed in 30 days)

and on the right hand side you can filter by the sending date.

Finally, if you remember the name of the document, you can start typing it in the search box for quick retrieval

Once you locate the document of interest, click on the 'i' icon which hides the status screen that will popup. Through the status window you can:

  • send a manual reminder to the next person who is supposed to sign

  • cancel the document

  • change the email address of the signees who have not yet signed

  • view the current transaction log, welcome message and thank you message settings
