Not all esignature fields are obligatory. Signatures are. Tick boxes are not (by default).

Text fields and Paragraph fields can be either although they are obligatory by default. It is up to you to decide by ticking the 'Optional' box for each field.

1. Drag/drop your text or paragraph field onto the document

2. Click on the field (it turns blue)

3. On the right hand side make things optional if required and click ok.
