First, enable Dropbox or Google Drive integration: go to Home/ Settings/ Integrations

Once the connection is live, go back to your documents area and click on the '+' icon and then 'import from Dropbox' or 'import from Google Drive':

It is important to note that:

For data import:

  • go to the folder where you want the data to be inserted

  • click on the '+' button

  • select 'import your Dropbox data' or 'import your Google Drive data'

  • select the data

  • your documents will appear in the 'current folder' once the process is finished

For data export:

Exporting Documents

  • go to the folder you want to export

  • click on the '+' button

  • select 'export your data to Dropbox' or 'export your data to Google Drive'

  • navigate to the folder where you would like the data to be stored

  • your documents will appear in Dropbox or Google Drive once the export is finished

Exporting Client Portal data

  • we currently support exporting client portal data to Dropbox only

  • click on the 'Export to Dropbox' button in the portal list of the chosen portal Group (note that this button appear only AFTER you connect your Dropbox account to your MyDocSafe account)
