Defining and assigning Company Roles
Updated over a year ago

Company Roles feature allows you to assign access rights to specific areas of your account (either specific portal groups, individual portals or document folders) to team members.

First, create a role, go Home/Settings/Company Roles and click on the "+" button:

Then, define access rights:

- for full access turn on "Give admin access"

- for more restricted access turn off "Give admin access". You will then be able to assign granular access rights to Portals and Practice Documents.

Granular access rights to Portals

For each Client Group - assign access rights to the entire group or to individual portals within that group. You can also determine 'read'/ 'read/write' / 'full access' rights. Full access means that the user will be able to pass on their access rights to others.

You can assign access rights to specific folders by scrolling down and selecting "Add folder".

Once your Role is defined, you can now assign it to specific users. Make sure you save your settings. Go back to Home/Comapny Settings/ Company Users and invite a user user with the new role:

Your billing will be adjusted automatically.
