Availability: user portals
Use case:
A form should be filled and then signed digitally. Output includes: the underlying data and a signed PDF version of the form.
Configuration:
1. Go to a chosen client group -> Form templates
2. To add a signature to a form:
turn on 'Ask for signature' option
add a signature widget to the place of your choice. You can add the widget more than once
Sending requests:
1. sending a request to one person
Go to a portal of your choice, click on Forms button
2. Click on '...' icon option associated with the form of your choice and select Request Information
3. Select the recipients and send out the request.
4. Note that the recipient will receive an email asking them to fill the form (in step 1) and after submitting the data also sign a PDF version of the form (in step 2).
