Background information

The plugin is intended to be used for 2 "simple" use cases:

  • send a document for approval

  • publish a document in a client portal

For more complex esignature use cases, we recommend that:

  • the document be dragged and dropped in an appropriate location in the iframe (the right hand side of the MyDocSafe tab) and configured using our native esign wizard (right click on the document, choose 'send for signing'), or, if the iframe is too small, the document be dragged and dropped in an appropriate MyDocSafe location in a browser

More complex use cases

  • Here is a table showing some of the more complex use cases we support.

  • Mapping data procured via MyDocSafe into Act! client record via Zapier.

  • Synchronising contacts (this is still being debugged as Cyclr's Act! connector seems not to work)
