We have three main subscriptions:
Starter (minimum 1 user)
Small (minimum 3 users)
Business (minimum 6 users)
Here are some important points that relate to all subscriptions:
You do not need to upgrade to add more users. You can add more users on any subscription (extra licence fees will be added automatically to your monthly invoice).
If you choose to pay annually, each new licence you add will also be charged annually. Similarly, if you pay monthly, extra users will be charged on a monthly basis.
You will be charged monthly for all extras such as ID verification or AML tests, qualified electronic signatures or extra portal users in arrears irrespective of your type of plan or frequency of payment.
Regarding white labelling options:
The add-on is available on all subscription plans
With Starter and Small, there is a small annual fee
It comes free with Business subscription
