My folder is full and is not showing new documents

We are able to show up to a 1,000 documents per folder. If you exceed that number, some documents will not be visible in your account. Don't worry, they are still there so no data is lost. But clearly that can cause some worry.

This issue is most likely to happen if you use Signed Documents folder as the filing folder for documents that are signed through our platform. With time, you are likely to reach the upper limit of 1,000 and should perform a simple filing action, described below.

  1. In 'Signed Documents' folder select some documents that you want to archive or move to another folder. You could select all of them by blicking on the "select all" box. Then click the "move" icon as shown below:

2. After clicking on the "move selected files" icon you will see a Folder Selector popup. You can now decide what to do.

  • Move out of the Signed Documents folder and navigate to another area in your Documents (action 1 in the screenshot below), or

  • Add a new folder inside the Signed Document folder and then click 'move here' to complete the action

Once the number of documents falls below 1000, you should see all of them.
