Yes. Your original wallet remains available as Classic Wallet inside MyDoge v3. Use the wallet selector in the Wallet tab to switch between Classic Wallet and your separate Social Wallet.
Classic Wallet is a wallet type inside the updated app. This does not mean every feature of the old v2 app remains available. Both MyDogeTip senders and recipients need v3 and Connect X. Doginals and DRC-20 are unavailable in v3.
