We’re aware that you may be experiencing an issue where access to content doesn’t appear immediately after purchasing a subscription. Please try the following steps - they usually resolve the issue right away:
• Open the app and log into the account where the subscription was originally purchased.
• Open any series in the app.
• Try to start playing an episode - this should trigger a subscription offer pop-up.
• In the pop-up window, scroll all the way to the bottom.
• Tap “Restore” (this option is shown in small text).
After completing these steps, your previously purchased subscription should sync with your account, and full access to the content should be restored.
