Why Did My Coins Disappear?

If your coins have disappeared, there are a few possible reasons:

  • Free coins (such as daily rewards or subscription coins) will expire if you do not use the app for some time. These coins are only valid for a limited period and may gradually expire, resulting in a lower balance even if you haven't watched any episodes recently .

  • Daily bonus coins specifically disappear after 7 days from the moment you claim them. You need to use them within 7 days, or they will be removed from your account. When you receive these coins, there is a note stating "coins will disappear in 7 days if not used" .

  • Purchased coins, however, do not expire and will remain in your account until used .

  • Each paid episode costs 99 coins, so your balance may also decrease as you unlock and watch episodes.

To avoid losing free coins, make sure to use the app regularly and spend your bonus coins within the specified time frame.
