My reminder didn't work / I didn't receive a notification about a new release

Dear Viewer,

We're sorry to hear you missed the notification for your series. Let's get this sorted! 🔔

Please check the following:

  • ⚙️ Go to your Me Tab and tap the gear icon to open Account Settings

  • 🔔 Scroll to the Get Caught Up section and make sure the New Releases toggle is turned on

  • 📲 Also check that notifications for My Drama are enabled in your device system settings

If everything looks good but you're still not receiving notifications, please don't hesitate to reach out and we'll investigate further! 💬
