Why is my series locked on web platform?

If you have an active Premium subscription on our web platform https://web.my-drama.com/, you should have unlimited access to all series. However, if some episodes are still locked, there might be a few reasons for this:


1. You Are Not Logged In

Ensure that you are logged into your account on the platform. If you access the platform without logging in, your subscription benefits will not be applied, and episodes may appear locked.

What to do?

  • Click on the Login button at the top of the page.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to log in.

  • Refresh the page and check if the episodes are now unlocked.


2. You Are Logged In With the Wrong Email

Your subscription is linked to the email you used when purchasing it. If you log in with a different email, the system will not recognize your subscription.

What to do?

  • Log out of the current account by clearing your browser cache.

  • Log back in using the email address associated with your subscription.

  • If you have multiple emails and are unsure which one was used, check your inbox for the subscription confirmation email.


3. Your Subscription Has Expired

If your subscription period has ended, you will lose access to locked episodes.

What to do?

  • Go to the Account section and check your subscription status.

  • If your subscription has expired, you can renew it directly on any locked episode when prompted to subscribe again.
