How do I log in to the web platform?
Open our platform.
Look carefully and find the Login button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Press the login button, and you will be taken to a window where you will need to enter your email address.
Enter your email address and continue with the login process.
! Please note: if you have already registered on our platform before, you will need to enter the email address you used to register. If you enter a new email, you will create a new account.
This is the whole way to enter the platform! After logging in, you will see the progress of the series you have already watched, your subscriptions. Also, the Login button will disappear.
After that, you will see which email you are logged in with.
How do I log out of my account?
If you need to log out of your account, you need to use the ‘Sign out’ button in your account section.
If this button is not available for your account type, you just need to clear the cache of your browser from which you logged in to the platform.
This can be done through your browser settings directly.
