What do you need?
A Myend account and a premium plan. This feature is available only for users who are subscribed to Myend Premium or Myend Forever.
How can you access and activate your Advanced Care Plan?
Go to your Myend homepage.
Locate the "Directives" button on the left panel.
Click on it and you will be directed to the Directives menu.
Locate the "Advanced Care Plan" button and click on it.
Congratulations, you can directly activate your Advanced Care Plan or keep working on your existing one.
You can edit this document any time you want to as long as you remain subscribed to Myend Premium.
