Rithum sFTP Connection Setup
Note: It is not necessary to make an entirely new user if you prefer to modify an existing user to encapsulate sFTP credentials—If you want to modify an existing user, skip straight to step 5.
These credentials will be used in creating a secure connection to myFitment and are different from your regular Rithum Login Credentials or previous unsecured FTP credentials.
To create an SFTP user on your Rithum account:
From most pages of Rithum, choose Users from the Account drop-down menu (appears when hovered).
Click Create User from the Users view (to modify an existing account, skip to Step 5).
Fill in the information presented in the top panel of Create User (you may consider making a special “myfitment” user account to reflect sFTP for myFitment).
Select the relevant group from the left panel and move it to the right (you may have multiple groups or only one, and it won’t necessarily say “myFitment”—this is just an example).
Click Save to return to the Users view, and then click the email address of the new account to edit this existing user:
Use the newly exposed SFTP Login panel to add username and password credentials for the sFTP protocol.
Once that account is created, you will have your Rithum Connection setup in myFitment.

To do this, first you’ll go to Business rules under the Sell Tab in Rithum and click Create a New Business Rule

This rule will be for the Manual Compatibility/Fitment, you can name it whatever you like but the formula should be as follows:

Click Save
Click on settings & Feeds under the Sell tab to Edit Feed Templates
Under the Item Information tab click on Manual Compatibility Fitment
Select the Business Rule Result tab and select From Saved Business Rule
