SureDone: Requesting sFTP Protocol-enabled Access

Please note the process is to get "support login credentials" which is different from regular SureDone Login Info. If you already have a support login, you can login and jump to the last two steps

Go to the SureDone’s support page and click on my tickets

Click sign up with us as you’ll need to create a separate support account

Use an email you have access to. You’ll receive an email with a link to register your account and set a password

You’ll see an email titled “SureDone Support User Activation” Click the link

Enter your email address and you’ll receive an email with a link to set your password

You’ll see an email titled “Support password reset instructions” Click the link

Enter and retype your password and click Update & Log in

You’ll be taken back to the SureDone support homepage

At the top of the page, hover over “I want to…” and click submit a ticket

Fill out your information making sure to type “SFTP Credentials for MyFitment” in the subject field

You should receive your credentials within 2-3 business days
