It's important to make sure your token to eBay is authenticated. This is what allows us to push your updated fitment data to eBay.

To check that your token is authorized, navigate to Marketplaces > Marketplace Subscriptions

Here you will see whether or not your token is authorized. If green, you're all set. If red, you'll need to click on the authenticate button.

You'll then be taken to a page to sign into your eBay account. Please take care to ensure you're authenticating for the correct store.

You'll see this message "Authentication complete" and a green check mark under Authorized if everything is connected correctly.
