Navigate to plans tab from sidebar menu

It will be redirect to plan list which has been created earlier, click here how to create plans

Navigate to Integrate to payment box column in the list , select your plan which you would like to integrate with your website and click on "click here button"

It will open popup with embed code

Just copy and paste it in your website
