Here are 5 lessons I learned from one of MYFUNDBOX’s customer

Lesson 1 : You have to be Nimble with Decisions

Lesson 2 : Every Feature should be built for contextual value

Lesson 3 : Deliver a Super-Fast Wow Experience that accelerates Growth

Lesson 4 : Make it a Habit to Share the Joy of Growth with Team.

Lesson 5 : Communicate the smallest of Value to the largest of audience possible

At MYFUNDBOX, we value customer conversations to drive Product and Marketing Strategy.

Since our Fintech product is in the competitive and crucial domain of a subscription billing we keep seeing interesting challenges that open our eye.

Yesterday, we had a customer from Europe operating a subscription-based food business reach out to our sales team for a conversation.

His business was growing and unfortunately, the tools and software he was using didn’t keep up to pace with the growth of his business.

One particular use case was the trouble he was having with how his backend software was handling expired credit cards. As a result of this, he was loosing revenue and that was impacting his bottom line. Founder I was talking to didn’t hesitate to take action. He decided to switch to myfundbox.

Lesson 1 : You have to be Nimble with Decisions.

MYFUNDBOX has so many features , out of which handling expired credit cards is one simple thing. But for a customer, it could be a life saving use case in a given context

Lesson 2 : Every Feature should be built for contextual value

As we explained about the product and closed the deal, we then got into how to migrate his 1000+ customers into MYFUNDBOXand quickly bring his business to normalcy. We were able to do that in < 60 mins. It’s unbelievable to experience his delight.

Lesson 3 : Deliver a Super-Fast Wow Experience that accelerates Growth

I took this lesson to my development team and shared with them how the customer chose myfundbox over so many other platforms like zoho subscriptions, chargebee, recurly etc. I can feel the pride and renewed motivation

Lesson 4 : Make it a Habit to Share the Joy of Growth with Team.

As I write and share with you, I am calibrating and recalibrating my ideas of what is valuable and what is not. We are creating so much value but not communicating that effectively.

Lesson 5 : Communicate the smallest of Value to the largest of audience possible

What seems to of small value to you may mean something big to the other , and that’s I decided to post it and here you are reading and sharing my experience with me.🙂
