Within the Basic Data section, you will find two areas of information: "Your Brand on Mygocu", where the data cannot be modified as it is internal Mygocu information not visible to travelers or attendees, and "Legal Data", which contains your company's legal information.
It is important to ensure that the information is correct. Enter your customer service phone number and your company’s email so that travelers or event attendees can contact your team if they have any questions. The phone number will be displayed on the website.
In the Personalization section, you can adjust the typography, your brand's primary and secondary colors, the logo, the favicon, the footer image, and the background image displayed during the booking process.
Invite your team members as administrators or guides
Invite your team members as administrators or guides
Here, you can invite users you want to collaborate with on the platform. Click on Invitations, enter the email address, and assign a role. The Administrator role grants full access to all functionalities available to the user registered in Mygocu.
In contrast, the Guide role is designed to provide access to specific tasks, such as checking attendance or accessing reservations, reports, and details during operations. For this reason, the Guide role cannot be enabled unless it is assigned to a specific experience.
Once you register a user with their role, they will automatically receive an email prompting them to fill out their basic information and gain access as a brand administrator.
