Integration of Mygocu with GIAV: Automated Billing and Payments
The integration between GIAV and MyGocu enables complete data synchronization so that planners can efficiently manage their experiences, keeping all information updated in real-time.
What is GIAV?
GIAV is a specialized software for managing travel agencies, allowing comprehensive control of files, billing, and payments. Thanks to its integration with MyGocu, data flows automatically, facilitating the operational and administrative management of group experiences.
Step 1: Request the GIAV Integration
To activate the integration:
Access Mygocu.
Go to the Brand Settings > Integrations section.
Request the integration with GIAV.
Requirement: The API Key provided directly by GIAV to the planner will be required. If you do not have the GIAV API contract, you must request activation via email at comercial@gesintur.com.
Step 2: Integration Activation
Once the API is activated, Mygocu will automatically transfer the following data to GIAV:
Experience Creation: Each experience in Mygocu will be created as a file in GIAV, for both B2B groups and B2C payments.
Synchronized Bookings: Within each GIAV file, all bookings will automatically be recorded. The customer for each booking in GIAV will be the payer registered in Mygocu.
Automatic Billing: Every payment generated in Mygocu, regardless of the payment processor used, will be automatically invoiced in GIAV and generate the corresponding payment record.
Automated Management: Service changes, cancellations, discounts, refunds, experience changes, and recurring payments will be automatically updated in GIAV.
Nested Costs: Each experience booking, along with estimated service costs, will be automatically transferred to GIAV as nested costs.
