Why aren’t my hotels showing up in the experience I created?

When you create a hotel in the settings section and add it to your trip, you might wonder why it doesn’t show up on your website. In this article, we are going to explain why this happens and how to fix it easily.

Activate your accommodation

Check the status of the 'Active' button:

  • In the top right corner of the page, you'll find the 'Active' button.

  • If it’s red, the accommodation is deactivated and won’t be visible to travelers.

  • If it’s green, the accommodation is activated, and users will be able to view and book it.

Click to activate the accommodation:

  • If the button is red, simply click on it.

  • The button will turn green, indicating that the accommodation is now available on your landing page.

Confirm activation:

  • Once activated, check that the accommodation details are complete and up-to-date to ensure a great experience for travelers

Activate quotas

The process for activating quotas is very similar:

  • Each quota has its own 'Active' button.

  • If it’s green, the quota is available, and users can select it when making a booking.

  • If it’s red, it will be deactivated and not visible.

Important: Only activate quotas that are ready to be sold, with all the correct and complete information available.

Practical tips for managing accommodation and quotas

  • Regularly check the 'Active' status: Before promoting accommodation or quotas, make sure they are activated to avoid confusion or lost bookings.

  • Keep your landing page up to date: Ensure that active accommodations and quotas have accurate information, such as rates, dates, and features.

  • Activate only what’s necessary: If an accommodation or quota is not ready to be booked, keep it deactivated until it’s complete.
