Step 1: Log In or Sign Up for the Halo Platform
To log in or sign up for Halo, navigate to app.myhalo.ai/
If you've created an account, you can log in with the email and password you previously set.
If you haven't created an account, click "Sign up".
Enter your email and password to set up your account.
Click "Continue" and, on the next screen, enter your payment details and contact information to start your 14-day free trial!
Note: Ensure the email you entered on the sign-up page matches the email entered on the payment details page, otherwise you may have difficulty logging in. If you can't log in, reach out to support@halobyhines.com.
If you ever forget your password, you can use our passwordless login feature, which sends a direct-access link to your email!
Step 2: Choose What You Want to Do
When you first log on to Halo, you'll be taken to our Create Menu.
Choose the Create Tool you'd like to start with or click "Skip" to go to the platform.
Step 3: Getting Familiar with Halo
All collateral you create will be saved under "My Collateral" on the left-hand menu.
You can view all your collateral in the center pane, or filter by type using the dropdown menu.
Information for each of your listings can be saved to a "Space", which can be accessed by navigating to "Spaces" on the left-hand menu.
To access the Halo Help Center, take a guided tour of a feature, or contact the Halo Support Team, click the "?" in the bottom right-hand corner.
To get marketing, use the left-hand menu to choose the type of collateral you want to create or click "Create Collateral" to be taken to the Create Menu.
