Important Highlights

  • We’ve added a Sync button on the "Linked Product Listings" page. Customers can now select specific listings to trigger an inventory sync and view the exact quantities that will be synced. Customers can also sync these quantities to the channel.

  • We have upgraded the search functionality across key screens, allowing users to toggle between "Equals" (exact match) and "Contains" (partial match) search options for a better search experience. Each user's preference is saved per screen and persists across sessions, enhancing search flexibility.

Performance Improvements

  • To enhance performance in the Task Management module, the unified Task Details screen has been split into three distinct screens for Count Task Details, Replenishment Task Details, and Order Operations tasks. Separating these tasks reduces load time and improves overall screen responsiveness.

    • Note: Due to the creation of three new screens with different columns, users’ previous column arrangements in the Task Details screen will not be retained.

  • The packing screen performance has been optimized for faster processing times.

  • Billing performance has been improved to perform faster calculations.

  • Performance enhancements have been made to the Shipped & Canceled Orders tab in the Shipment Order screen by improving load times.

What’s New/Improved

  • Our integration pages have been redesigned, enabling customers to search and filter integration transactions and logs with ease.

  • Distributed lock mechanism has been added to the Replenishment Waves to prevent running multiple waves at once which could lead to potential job duplication.

  • Allocation Exceptions Logging for Work Orders: Work order allocation exceptions are now logged in the Allocation Exceptions screen, providing better visibility and control.

  • Replenishment Task Inventory Check: Added a check for damage reasons on source locations during replenishment task creation to prevent inaccurate inventory usage.

  • A new logic has been implemented to the cycle count, concerning inventory with picked or above status.

    • During the location count if the location contains inventory with picked or above status, count tasks will be created as “Cancelled” for that location. A new “Note” field on the “Location Details” screen will indicate the reason.

    • During the SKU count, there won’t be tasks created for such inventory, for the counted SKU.

  • Users can no longer change the "Create Backorder" and "Allow Partial Shipment" settings for any Shipment Order Type with active allocated orders (statuses like Ready to Pick, Ready to Pack, Ready to Ship). This prevents conflicts during allocation and helps maintain smooth order processing.

  • Users can no longer change the "Shipment Order Type" for orders that are in an allocated state. Changes to the Shipment Order Type are now only permitted when the order status is Open, Shortage, or On Hold. This update helps maintain order integrity and prevents issues during the fulfillment process.

  • Shipment Order Line Based Custom Fields have been added to Shipment Order Create/Edit forms.

  • When task quantity exceeds 1 in Pick and Sort screen, users can now stay on the Product field and scan multiple times to increase quantity, enhancing efficiency. Manual quantity entry remains available.

What's Fixed

  • There was a random issue happening on exporting the data to excel process. There is a fix applied to this process to prevent failed excel export attempts.

  • SKU Deletion Workflow Issue: Fixed a bug where the "Delete SKU" action in workflows was not performing as expected.

  • Work Order Allocation Exception Management: Adjusted the allocation process for work orders to handle exceptions when inventory rules are not met. If an order cannot be fully allocated, the remaining lines will not complete allocation, and the order status will update to "Shortage."

  • Replenishment Screen Barcode Scanning: Resolved an issue that prevented location barcodes from scanning on the replenishment mobile screens.

  • Allocation Algorithm Transfer Fix: Fixed an error in the "Prioritize Higher Pack Type" allocation algorithm that caused issues in transferring allocated lines during transfer operations.

  • There was a slowness issue on the mobile loading screen. Scanning and loading each LP has been taking 3-4 seconds. This process has been improved.

  • When the Missing button is used in the picking process, we should have created multiple transaction logs for that action, cancel allocation and then "change attributes" but, we did not create the “change attributes” transaction log for this action before. Instead, we were creating an “inventory adjustment” log with negative quantities which is incorrect. This issue has been fixed.

  • We've resolved an issue with creating labels for more than 15 orders. Now, you can generate labels for up to 1,000 orders at once, ensuring smoother processing for high-order volumes.

  • We’ve fixed an issue with phone number validation in our FedEx integration, ensuring accurate data submission by sending the complete phone number value as required.

  • We've corrected the rate calculation in our Techship integration. The rate now includes both the markup and the actual label cost, providing a more accurate total.

  • We’ve improved our message logic for partner carrier integrations. Messages from the partner integration are now prioritized, ensuring clearer and more relevant communication.

Sincerely,

Logiwa IO Team
