Design a Retailer Label for Case

Design a printout to generate case labels required for retailer compliance processes.

The Retailer Case Label Printout is a printout designed to generate case-specific labels required for retailer compliance processes. These labels can be customized to include essential information such as UCC (SSCC18) numbers, product details, and other retailer-required identifiers. Each label is applied to a case before the picking process begins to ensure that cases can be correctly validated and scanned during fulfillment.

  • To begin, navigate to the “Printouts & Labels” screen.

  • Find and click on the “Retailer Label for Case” icon.

  • Click on the “Create Printout” button.

  • The “Create New Printout” sidebar will open. You'll first fill in the fields in the Step 1 section. The fields here are explained below.

Name*

Name for printout.

Description*

Longer name or description for printout.

Report Type*

Automatically selected

Records per Page*

Select from single records or multiple records per page.

Print Mode*

Select whether you wish to print immediately, view a PDF preview, or view a report preview.

Print Type*

Select laser or label printer.

Status

Toggle to set this label as active or inactive.

  • Click Next to move to Step 2

  • In Step 2, you'll be presented with ready-to-use templates for the most common retailer label formats, such as Walmart, TJMaxx, Target, Nordstrom, etc. These templates can save time by providing preformatted label designs based on retailer requirements.

  • Click Next to move to Step 3.

  • The Logiwa printout designer will open automatically in another tab. If it doesn't, click on the “Go to the Logiwa Report Designer” link.

  • Once you're finished, click on the Report button to access the Save button. You'll receive a confirmation message when the save is successful.

  • Return to the Create New Printout sidebar and click Next to move to Step 4.

  • In Step 4, you'll select which clients will have access to this new label design by switching the Access toggle. At least one client must be selected.

  • Click Next to move to Step 5.

  • In Step 5, you'll assign this label design to a Retailer. You can only select one retailer per each design.

  • Once all selections are made, click Next to finalize your label. A confirmation message will appear if it is saved successfully.

  • If you need to make further modifications to your printout, click the 3-Dots menu to find the Show Details, Edit, Duplicate, Change Log, and Delete buttons.
