New Feature Highlights
Workflow Automation: New Card View and Simpler Workflow Creation
We’ve added a visual way to build and review workflow automations. Card View shows your workflow as a canvas, so you can follow the flow from trigger to conditions to actions at a glance, even for complex workflows with many rule groups.
What’s new
Card View builder: Your workflow appears as a canvas of Trigger, Condition, and Action cards. Drag to pan across the canvas and zoom from 50% to 200%. Click any card to edit it in a side drawer, and the card updates as soon as you save.
Switch views anytime: Move between Card View and Form View without losing any data. A workflow built in one view opens correctly in the other.
Card View is the new default: New workflows open in Card View with the General Information drawer already open, so you can start configuring right away.
Create Workflow is now a menu: Choose New Workflow to start from scratch, or Use Template to open the existing template sidebar.
Getting Started guide: A short onboarding pop-up appears when you create a new workflow. Select “Don’t show this again” and it won’t appear again.
Summary and Workflow Health: These now sit in a panel on the right side of the screen as two separate tabs. The Workflow Health tab shows how close you are to the limits (conditions, actions, and rule groups) with progress bars that turn amber near a limit and red at it.
What stays the same
This update only changes how you build and view workflows. Validation rules, save behavior, and how workflows run are unchanged. Required fields are still enforced, and Card View flags incomplete cards with a red pulse when you try to save. Existing workflows are not affected.
What's New & Improved
Added the Manufacturer Product Identifier to UPS and EasyPost label requests for shipments from non-EU origins to EU destinations, so each product line carries the product identifier data required by the EU Product Identifier regulation taking effect November 1, 2026. (52691)
Added support for billing ShipStation labels to a second carrier account connected in ShipStation: when Carrier Billing Type is set to Collect and a Charged Account Number is selected, the account is now sent to ShipStation as “My Other Account”. Note that existing orders using Collect with a Charged Account Number will now be billed to the selected account. (52399)
What's Fixed
Fixed an issue where the Issue Date column in the Billing Report list was empty for reports in Failed status; the column now shows the report’s Created Date Time, so failed reports can be located by timestamp. (53043)
Fixed an issue where the order lock applied at the workflow level conflicted with the locks used internally by the Prevent Download, Allocation Cancel, Change Status, and Sales Order Cancel workflow actions. These actions now run reliably when several workflows process the same order, waiting for each other as intended without blocking other workflows. Tag operations also complete without errors and no longer overwrite existing tags. (53040)
Performance Improvements
Optimized and improved billing calculation performance to prevent timeouts for large-volume operations in billing report calculations.
