Need to delete a product from your warehouse? First, make sure your product isn't connected to a shipment order or purchase order, and that it doesn't have active inventory. If that's the case, deleting your product is a quick process.

Steps to Delete a Product

Screen Path: Inventory → Products

From the navigation bar at the top of the screen, select Inventory, then Products.

You will be brought to your Products page. Find the product you wish to delete and select the 3 Dots menu from the same line. Choose the Delete option.

You will be asked if you're sure you want to delete this product with a summary of the product to make sure it is the correct one. Choose Yes to continue or No to cancel.

After your item is deleted, you will receive a confirmation message at the bottom of the screen.

If your item could not be deleted, you will receive an error message. Please make sure that your product does not have inventory and that it is not in use in a shipment order or purchase order.
