If necessary, MyLogiwa lets you reprint a label as often as you need. You may need to reprint a label if you’ve lost a label or there was a printer malfunction and you need to print it again. Your reprinted label will have the same information as before.
To reprint a label, first, you need to have a label. If you have only a rate on a shipment order, it means that there is no created label for the order.
You can reprint label on Get Rate and Label screen by clicking Create Label button on the screens. You can reach Get Rate and Label screen on Shipment Order screen or Fulfillment Pipeline screen.
Select the Order
On the screen, choose the order then click Create Label button. You'll be directed to the Get Rate and Label screen.

You'll see the tracking number on the screen. Click the Reprint Label button. We'll automatically download the label to your computer.
