The Company Settings screen is where you edit your company name, company nickname, billing, and shipment addresses.

Follow the below steps to go Company Settings screen. 

Steps 

Click the arrow near your account name. Go to Settings selection and choose Company Settings.


The company settings screen is divided into 3 main categories. These are:

  • Company info

  • Billing Address

  • Shipment address.

Company Info

In the Company Info section, you can define your company.

Also, if you want to delete your account you can use the "I want to delete my account" option. Further information about deleting an account is described in Delete Your Accounts

Company name represents your legal company name. Furthermore, the Company nickname represents your account name. 

BILLING ADDRESS

In this screen, you can add a new billing address in case of receiving payments.

Add First Billing Address

If this is the first time you are adding a billing address, click the Add New Billing Address field.

After clicking Add New Billing Address area, Create New Billing Address sidebar opens. You can enter information for creating a new billing address.

There are fields in the Create New Billing Address sidebar; address name, address line 1, address line 2, postal code, city, country, and state. The following fields are required:

  • Address Name 

  • Address Line 1 

  • Postal Code 

  • City 

  • Country / State

After creating your first billing address, you'll be prompted to this screen:

Adjust and Delete The Billing Address

As you can see, there are three buttons inside of the billing address card. Each one represents an action. Respectively, these are Edit, Delete, and Use as Default buttons. 

By clicking the Edit button, you can edit your billing address.
Furthermore, if you want to delete your billing address, you can use the Delete button.
If you have more than one billing address, you can choose one of them as default by clicking Use As Default button.

SHIPMENT ADDRESS

In the Shipment Address screen, you can add a Ship From Address for your shipment orders. Ship From address is the address where your packages are being picked up by the shipping carrier. Accuracy of the address is pretty important in regards to accessible storage address and correct label purchasing.

Add First Shipment Address

If this is the first time you are adding a shipment address, click the Add New Shipment Address field.

After clicking Add New Shipment Address area, Create New Shipment Address sidebar opens. You can enter information for creating a new shipment address.
While creating a new address the following fields are required:

  • Address Name 

  • Address Line 1 

  • Postal Code 

  • City 

  • Country / State

After creating your first shipment address, you'll be prompted to this screen:

Adjust and Delete The Shipment Address

As you can see, there are three buttons inside of the shipment address card. Each one represents an action. Respectively, these are Edit, Delete, and Use as Default buttons.

By clicking the Edit button, you can edit your shipment address.
Furthermore, if you want to delete your shipment address, you can use the Delete button.
If you have more than one shipment address, you can choose one of them as default by clicking the Use As Default button. When you select an address as default, we will use it as an automated selected Ship From address on the Get Rate and Label screen.
