Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)

With Amazon FBA, you store your products in an FBA location, so they pick, pack, ship, and provide customer service for these products.

How FBA works

  1. You ship your goods to Amazon’s storage facility where they sort and store the products.

  2. When a customer orders an item, Amazon picks and packs it from their nearest warehouse.

  3. They ship the packages and share the tracking information with the seller.

  4. Post-delivery, Amazon handles customer feedbacks and services.

How does the MyLogiwa & Amazon FBA integration work?

Inventory management and accurate inventory are crucial to effective fulfillment, so it makes sense to manage inventory and fulfillment with a centralized system.

By using Mylogiwa & FBA integration you can :

  • Download Inventory and Product

Physical Inventory will be sent to Amazon FBA fulfillment centers, where products are stored and maintained. Within MyLogiwa, the Amazon FBA warehouse is automatically created as a Virtual Warehouse (External Warehouse) during integration.

MyLogiwa syncs seamlessly with Amazon FBA, so stock levels are accurate across all your warehouse locations.

  • Download Orders

Once an order has been created on FBA, we'll download it. You'll have a full view of orders across channels. Amazon FBA orders will track automatically when FBA fulfill and ship the order to your customer, we'll ship the order in MyLogiwa as well.
